Where the Integrated LD Fits

The integrated LD electromagnetic flow meter measures the volume flow of conductive liquids from DN15 to DN2200. The catalog lists uses across petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, light textile, paper, environmental protection and food industries, as well as municipal management, water conservancy and river dredging.
Besides general conductive liquids, the catalog states it can measure strongly corrosive liquids (strong acid or strong alkali) and homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as slurry, ore pulp and paper pulp.
The integrated version mounts the converter directly on the sensor, which keeps the installation compact where a separate remote converter is not needed.

Construction and Specifications

The meter requires a medium conductivity of at least 5 µS/cm. Accuracy is ±0.5% to ±1.0% depending on configuration, with a normal velocity range of 0.3 to 5 m/s and an extended range shown to 10 m/s.
Electrode options are 316L, Hb, Hc, Ti, Ta and Pt; liner options are chloroprene rubber, polyurethane, PTFE, PFA and F46. Pressure rating is 0.6 to 4.0 MPa by size, and the integrated type handles medium temperature up to 120 °C.
Output options include 4-20 mA, frequency or pulse, and RS485. Power supply is 220 VAC or 24 VDC, with IP65 and IP67 protection for the integrated type; IP68 is shown for the split type.

Ordering Guidance

Provide the pipe size, medium and its conductivity, flow range, pressure and temperature, plus any output requirement. We will confirm the electrode and liner selection for your application. A split/remote version is also available where the converter must be mounted away from the sensor.
