Where the LUGB Vortex Flow Meter Fits

The LUGB vortex flow meter measures gas, liquid and steam in industrial pipelines. The catalog describes low pressure loss, a wide range, high accuracy, and a measurement of working-condition volume flow that is essentially unaffected by fluid density, pressure, temperature or viscosity.
Because there are no moving mechanical parts, the catalog describes high reliability and low maintenance.

Construction and Specifications

Flanged sizes run from DN15 to DN300, with DN350 shown in the flange size table. Clamp connection covers DN15 to DN200 and sanitary clamp covers DN25 to DN100. Accuracy is class 1 for liquid and class 1.5 for gas.
Medium temperature versions cover standard duty from -25 to +80 °C, and high temperature from -25 to +250 °C or -25 to +300 °C. Pressure ratings are 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa or 4.0 MPa. The body is stainless steel 304 and the converter housing is aluminium alloy, with IP65 protection.
Output can be pulse or 4-20 mA, with RS485 available. Power supply is DC12 V, DC24 V or a 3.6 V battery.

Ordering Guidance

Provide the medium (gas, liquid or steam), pipe size, flow range, pressure and temperature, and the output you need. Where steam or gas properties change with pressure and temperature, ask about the temperature and pressure compensation version.
