Where the LZS Socket/Threaded Type Fits

The LZS socket/threaded plastic tube rotameter covers DN15 to DN65 and is used for inline liquid flow measurement where a plastic meter is required.
The same metering tube is supplied with either a socket or a threaded connection, so the meter can match the pipework already in use.

Construction and Specifications

The cone tube is AS, the connector and screw cap are PVC, the upper and lower stops are PE, and the float is ABS. Accuracy is ±4% of full scale. The allowable medium temperature range is 0 to +60 °C and working pressure is up to 0.6 MPa for the sizes in this type.
Both long-tube (L) and short-tube (D) bodies are shown by size, with measuring ranges tabulated in L/h. Threaded connections use NPT1/2 in through NPT2 in; socket connections use ZG1/2 in through ZG2 in.

Ordering Guidance

Send the pipe size, the connection you need (socket or thread), the measuring range, and the medium. We confirm the LZS size and tube length from there. Flange versions of LZS go up to larger sizes and are quoted separately.
